Terms of Service
Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Yo!Huddle full-time hiring platform, operated by DealARR. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the people you invite into your workspace.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Yo!Huddle lawfully and not to misuse the service — including no attempts to access other companies’ data, disrupt the platform, upload unlawful content, or use the service to discriminate unlawfully against candidates.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the candidate, hiring manager and other data you and your users put into Yo!Huddle. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy notice.
Hiring decisions and responsible use of AI
The employer remains responsible for lawful hiring decisions, the lawful grounds for processing and meaningful review where required. AI scores and drafts are decision-support material and may be incorrect; do not treat them as independently verified facts, legal advice or proof of fair or compliant hiring. Configure review controls appropriately, use an authorised reviewer with authority to change the outcome, and respond to requests to reconsider a decision. Written-alternative applications require human review before rejection or an offer.
Sharing and privacy requests
Use candidate information only for authorised purposes and respect the permissions attached to talent-pool, university, reviewer and public-record sharing. Restrict access and exports to authorised recipients. A platform sharing control cannot recall copies already exported or held independently. Employers are responsible for handling privacy requests relating to their own records and for their retention instructions; candidate-account deletion does not erase an employer's independent application.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis in USD. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect immediately and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. The Free plan is provided as-is.
Availability
We work hard to keep Yo!Huddle available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, improve or change features over time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yo!Huddle is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You may stop using Yo!Huddle at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. On termination, your data is handled according to the retention and deletion practices in our Privacy notice.
